1. SG Domestic Delivery – 1-3 business day delivery

2. International Delivery – 3-5 business day delivery

1. For the countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei – $16 (Zero rated GST)
2. Other Countries – $20 (Zero rated GST)
3. For all international rates exclude insurance, any prevailing Government duties & taxes
4. For all international rates, shipping terms: DDU
5. Do note, for international delivery, the delivery duration is an estimate. Any unforeseen delays due to custom rules etc. is not considered

*For all delivery rates (local and/or international), the chargeable weight (kg) of a shipment is determined by the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight (L x W x H (cm) ÷ 5,000), whichever is greater.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY – We accept exchange or return within 15 days from the date you received the order. – Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return. – Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
